Students experience a comprehensive program and are actively taught and guided by the teacher. Students will write whole texts not simply fill in repetitive worksheets or work on a computer program without a teacher's guidance.
Why do our students improve thEIr writing so quicklY?
Our unique writing cycle quickly improves students' writing results.
Step 1. Students complete a draft response to the given writing task.
Step 2. The teacher reads and edits the draft writing. Other colleges give marks or grades to student writing but this does not help students improve. At Parker Coaching College, we give detailed corrections and suggestions that help students know how to improve their writing.
Step 3. The teacher has a mini conference with each student individually to discuss their writing draft and how to write a perfect final copy.
Step 4. Students complete the final copy of their writing with all the teacher's corrections and suggestions. Writing a final copy, helps students consolidate all they have learnt from the draft writing process. This final copy is submitted to the teacher again for review. This allows the teacher to confirm that students have understood all the teacher's corrections and suggestions to their draft writing.
